Treatments & Products
All treatments are carried out by qualified and experienced therapists who can help you to select the most suitable treatments and products. We can tailor make treatments to your individual requirements. Please ask for details.

In the interest of personal hygiene, all clients are requested to shower prior to receiving body treatments.

Please note that Holistic Health and Spa reserve the right to vary individual treatments/products or remove them at any time. We also reserve the right to offer promotional prices and increase/change prices without notice.

All our products are pure, natural and organic. No chemical ‘nasties’ here!

Bookings
Advanced booking is recommended. Clients are kindly asked to provide 24 hours notice of cancellations or full payment for the treatment will be charged.

Please advise us of any medical/health conditions, injuries, allergies or existing treatment you are receiving at time of booking.

Gift Vouchers
Select from our wide range of treatments or we can tailor make an experience to meet your individual requirements.
Our Gift Experience Vouchers are available fro our premises or on line – please ensure that appointments are booked with the therapist named on the voucher as they are not transferrable.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Children
For all children’s treatments, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult throughout these treatments. For all other treatments children must be 18 years or over.

New Clients
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can complete our health questionnaire prior to your treatment.

Etiquette
Our clients come to us for total relaxation. Please help us to maintain a tranquil environment by keeping noise to a minimum and turning off mobile phones.

For Your Protection
Management cannot be held responsible for the loss of money or valuables brought into the rooms. Please keep valuables safe.
